I only had three days in New York City, and I wanted to find a story that felt solid. In the freezing cold, I saw the food delivery workers. They moved at high speeds, with gloves taped to their handlebars so they wouldn't lose a single second.
It made me think of Spider-Man using his powers to deliver pizza—except these people don’t have superpowers. They only have their own strength and their speed. They are rigid and fast against the city’s pace. To me, they are the real superheroes of New York.
Again, I was just an observer here, capturing a glimpse of their power during my short time in the city. This is a project I hope to return to and finish in the future.
